How to book your room?

To make your booking, simply search for your chosen destination and dates from our wide range of accommodations available for you, select your preferred accommodation provider and proceed to the final reservation page. Please kindly ensure that you carefully check the dates, the price, the destination, the number of room(s) and the accommodation provider details before proceeding with your booking request, than process “INSTANT Confirmation” by calling us though Phone, Email or Fax. The information you process to us will than make confirmation within a few minutes after we contact the hotel or resort than shall revert to you. Once your accommodation is confirmed for availability you can then precede for payments, see “payment policy”.

Emmaus Thailand guarantees your reservation. Once you had a note of confirmation from us, you can check with the hotel to make sure your reservation is secured with us.

By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Policies of Emmaus Thailand and that you will inform the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. By making the booking you also become responsible for making all payments due to us.

How to make payment?

Emmaus Thailand uses Bank Transfer as the primary payment method and is highly considered as easiest and safest way. Once you are confirmed and satisfied with your chosen destination and dates, select your preferred accommodation provider and proceed to the final reservation page, make sure that there is no error with dates and total amount, then simply call our customer service center (+66 02 9167091 or 0 863134135) and get our detail account number for further payments. For out-bound travelers upon arrival in Thailand, the payment can be made in cash, traveler’s cheques or by credit cards. We also accept advance payment if our clients wishes.

Easy steps to make payment simple
  • Select your hotel accommodation from our secured website
  • Call 02 916 7091 or 0 863134135
  • Choose to pay with “Bank Transfer”
  • Pay at the Bank on due date
  • Fax or mail us a copy of payment slip

Your Note: Up on check-in on your arrival at the hotel you need to present a hotel voucher (hotel voucher will be sending to you through mail or fax by our staff) or your passport / ID card to the hotel to assure your reservation.
