Payment policy
Our services are engineered towards ease and convenience for our clients. For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either 3 days before your actual date, we also welcome full payment if our client wishes before time left. Emmaus Thailand hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like bookings during the peak season or during long vacation, full payment may be required in order to hold space on confirmed basis.
Cancellation policy Emmaus Thailand does not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However, once your room has been confirmed, a cancellation charge will be applied as given below.
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have booked has different terms and conditions to those stated below (which will be inform in particular at the hotel information). Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedence over the policy stated here.
Please review carefully before you make cancellation, all policies that apply, as well as fees that may incur as a result of a cancellation.

Remarks : Low season period start from 1st May – 31st October, High Season period start from 1st November –30th April and peak season period begins from 14th December – 15th January. There are some hotels or resorts with a different period of high and low seasons from that mentioned above.
If, for any reason, you do not utilize your reservation and have failed to cancel it in the above mentioned manner, you may be liable for the full amount of your booking.
No show
No show applies when if the guests do not check in without any notification and confirmation from us, it will be considered as no show case. The whole period will be charged and non-refundable. The reason for this is that as far as the hotel is concerned, the room is booked and they cannot let anyone else occupy it, in case you arrive. Thus the room is held, un-occupied, until they are notified otherwise. Therefore, the guests must notify the agency by writing or e-mail or phone of any cancellation or amendment and be confirmed of any change before the scheduled date according to the table above.
Early Check-Out or Cancellation of Stay
Emmaus Thailand has to abide by the individual hotel policies regarding refunds. Therefore, if the hotel charges you for the nights you cancelled, we do too. If the hotel does not charge you, neither do we and we will refund the amount to you deducting administration charge, minimum charge 500 Baht per room. You must cancel the unwanted room nights with us as well as the hotel receptionist or you will not receive your refund even if applicable.
Children Policy
Every accommodation provider has their own Children policy regarding price and other conditions relating to children. Therefore, each accommodation provider applies its own special conditions and prices as were list in the hotel lodging page, we recommend that you enquire about this when making your booking.
Refund Policy
Within no time the refund will be made depending on the original method of purchase either though bank transfer or through your credit card. Emmaus Thailand will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation. Generally, for those banks which reside and operate outside Thailand, sometimes the process takes from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
Extension of your stay
To modify booking before arrival at the hotel, please contact us by email, fax or telephone. If you do need to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Reservations office as the hotel will not offer you these discount prices. (Hotel will charge you full walk-in rates)
Bonus Policy
The Emmaus Bonus Points are valid for only 12 months from the last account activation of each member. Emmaus Thailand reserves the right to make bonus points and promotional offers selectively available to certain members at any time, based on reservation history and booking activity, geographic locations, program participation, or other factors determined at Emmaus Thailand sole discretion.
Emmaus Bonus Points are prohibited for sale or barter. Reward points earned in two or more different accounts may not be combined to redeem any award. Any rewards points, awards or benefits transfer, assigned or sold in violation of the program rules, in addition to exposing the member to the penalties otherwise associated with violations, may be confiscated or cancelled.
Emmaus bonus points are entitled to Emmaus Thailand Individual members personal account information only. Apart from this, Group Tour, Emmaus Thailand staffs or any wholly owned subsidiaries or partners of these companies are not eligible to participate in the Emmaus Thailand Bonus point program.
Wedding Policy
Emmaus Thailand offer only the Wedding Package from the hotels and resorts in Thailand and in any means Emmaus Thailand do not provide certificate or issue any legal paper for the marriage. Therefore, Emmaus Thailand does not have any responsible beyond the service provides for the wedding ceremony.
Our Privacy Statement
Emmaus Thailand hereby declares the right to reserve of any changes in future versions of this privacy statement as may do so for the interest of Emmaus Thailand and the customers. By booking with us you agree to our privacy statement, current at the time of your most recent booking, shall apply to all your information, whether given to us at the time of that booking or at the time of earlier bookings. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we would notify users by way of an email in request of your approval.
